There has been a slight change to the description of our village to reflect the fact that our practices are a greater mix of all of Gor, as have been our citizens.

As such, the law for dress of Free Women has been slightly adapted, though they are still expected to maintain modesty at all times.

The website and law givers have been updated.

Not sure if any of you have noticed by now, but our lone guard, Guard Stuart, is no longer watching the village on constant watch my himself.  Master Rae and Master Stuart have been busy recruiting more guards for the village and I’m happy to say there is a guard posted in every tower now, and a couple of other places around the village.

The sound of shovels, hammers and saws has been coming from the docks lately, and a new building has been erected.  The Salty Sleen Paga Shanty is now open!

The Paravaci group led by Draygon Landar are hereby banned from the Village of Northtree and all lands encompassing.

Their Ubar chose to steal a village girl from our tavern.  When asked about the ordeal he claimed that he was here for trade, the jist to come after equating to since no one was here he just took.

The lack of honor in such an event we hope does not reflect upon the rest of the group but can’t be certain when this is how their leader acts.

Today through midnight on Sunday, all new merchants in the Northtree Market are being offered a holiday special.  Rent two weeks, get two weeks free!

We have openings in 15, 25 and 50 prim spots.

All of our current merchants, and any merchants renting after Sunday are still eligible for our normal special of rent 3 weeks and get 1 free.

We would like to welcome all of our new citizens and slaves.  Please bare with us as we process all of the incoming applications and get everyone into the groove of things.

Well actually more of an update to the slave rules, but those fit within our laws.

It has come to our attention over time that some people have had issue with our slave rules applying to village and private slaves.  The pros and cons have been weighed, and a decision has been made in the favor of those that had issue with the rules.  Chores are now not required for private slaves but we do still highly encourage you to allow your chattel to contribute.
